yay for op shops!!
yes, i love op shopping (or thrift shopping for my american friends...)
there is something about the thrill of hunting through to find a bargain and the satisfaction of being in the right place at the right time to snap it up before anyone else does! i am surprised at what some people get rid of!
just check out my latest findings!! these are actually from a favourite 2nd hand kids shop of mine that is in mount maunganui. i make sure i visit there every time i go and stay at my mums. the lady in the shop actually recognized me last time i walked in!
so i guess this isnt classed as a typical op shop that people just drop off their unwanted clothing - the people actually get a little bit of cash for their clothes. i love this idea as most of the clothes that are resold in the shop are usually in really good condition but for a WAY cheaper price!!
anyway, on to what i found on my last visit there....
i got 2 minti tees, a pair of vans crib shoes and the cutest little bloomers which were actually tommy hilfiger brand (i didnt even know they made kids clothes!) all up for about $30!! normally i would not buy these brands on a regular basis as a brand new minti tee is probably $30 alone - so yes, i am stoked!!
i will definitly be back to the shop next time i am over in the bay and cant wait to see what i find....
