tim's pumpkin pie

its been ages since ive blogged! sometimes time just gets away on me too much...

just thought i would share with you tim's creation for dinner last night. we have HEAPS of pumpkins from our garden at our last house and they need to be eaten asap, so we will be eating a lot of it coming up...hehe..

tim decided to cook up his normal pie filling and stuff it in the middle of a pumpkin and then cook it all in the oven! sounds very weird and i must admit, looked really weird, but tasted delicious!!!

yup, i warned you it wasnt pretty, but the smell and taste was YUM!!
